Looping

This setting tells MyLine what to do when it gets to the end of a scene or section, whether to stop or restart the run or to continue to the next line. This works with selected lines, sections and scenes.

Beep before my line

This plays a short tone before your line. This is useful when you aren’t quite sure when your cue is yet.

My line speed

You can select how fast you want your lines (whether playing or muted) to run

Other’s line speed

You can select how fast you want all of the characters that are not yours to run.

Countdown

This provides a buffer between pressing the play button and the run starting.Countdowns can last for up to 30 seconds, with a certain number of final seconds being silent.

Change highlighting

You can select what color you want your lines and the lines of the other characters highlighted (or remove highlighting).

MyLine visibility

how much of your dialogue is shown. The options are:

• Visibile
• First word. This will only show the first word of each block of dialogue
• First letter. This will show the first letter of each word in the block of dialogue
• Hidden. This will completely hide the dialogue.

When any setting other than visible is selected, each dialogue block has a button that will show the dialogue when pressed.
